de Havilland Vampire T11 Cockpit

Fully intact cockpit with ejector seats and most instruments intact.

Built for the RAF as XE982 and written off in 1956 when in collision with WL505 at Cranwell. Was stored at Bicester in the 1960’s , moving to Hereford ATC in the 1970’s before restoration in the 1990’s and display outside at Dunkeswell.

Now mounted on a wheeled frame for easy movement. Due to being left outside and botched repairs in the past the outer skin had delaminated, and repairs have now been completed. Most of the hard work has been done. Just requires the outer skin finishing off and a repaint ready to show. Wrapped and in dry storage ready to go.

Comes with spare panels for the gun tubes and ammunition bay.

Available for shipping to customers in the UK and mainland Europe only.

This item is free from explosives (FFE). This item contains no explosive elements or parts thereof.
