US made .38 reloaded with lead wadcutter bullet, empty primer in nickel cases.  Mixture of Federal , Winchester, Remmington  headstamps.  Supplied as inert/ deactivated with unfired inert primers. 
Supplied in packs of 10 rounds. This ammunition has a light coating of oil to prevent the lead bullet from oxidation.
